C2 C3 C4 Corvette 1963-1986 Fidanza V8 Aluminum Flywheel

Replace the flywheel on your 63-86 Corvette V8 with this Fidanza Aluminum Flywheel. They're made from high quality 6061 T6 aluminum, which makes the flywheel strong, lightweight, and great for heat dissipation. The friction surface uses 1045 steel, which is super strong, and attaches with military grade aerospace fasteners. 

The flywheel friction plates are milled to high specifications and since these are replaceable, there's no need to replace the entire flywheel when the clutch or flywheel is at the end of its life. The ring gears are made from 1050 steel and heat treated for durability. They're heated, then pressed on, and secured with grade 8 button screws.

Fidanza uses stepped dowel system in most flywheels. This method ensures that once the pressure plate is installed, the dowels can't be removed because they end up locked in place.
